Polish Recognition awarded to a Hungarian Soldier
Szöveg: Major Imre Szénási | 2019. július 7. 8:21In Poland, Brigadier General Dariusz Żuchowski – Deputy Chief of Staff for Support of the Multinational Corps North-East (MNC NE) awarded Lieutenant Colonel István Hattyár serving in the staff of the MNC NE with the Silver Grade of the Polish Army Medal donated by the Polish Minister of National Defence.
In his greeting address the General said that the Polish-Hungarian friendship is crucially important for centuries for both nations. He highlighted that Lieutenant Colonel, István Hattyár, as a staff officer and the senior national representative (SNR) of the Hungarian Contingent, has done much to strengthen this friendship, and his outstanding performance in his position has contributed to the enhancement of the security of the Baltic Region.
Currently six Hungarian soldiers serve in individual positions at the Headquarters Multinational Corps North-East.
