Zsolt Szabó, Capability Requirements Branch Coordination Officer, ACT Staff Element Europe (SEE).
Acting as the lead coordinator for the NATO Minimum Capability Requirements and the associated synopsis including the Priority Shortfall Areas, which constitute key inputs of ACT, Lt.-Col. Zsolt Szabó successfully led the development of key tools of the process. The certificate states that his distinctive accomplishments reflect great credit upon himself, Allied Command Transformation and the Hungarian Defence Forces.
The value of the award is further enhanced by the fact that only a few ACT staff members receive this special recognition.
