The Exhibition ‘170-years of the Hungarian Defence Forces’ Was a Great Success in the NATO Centre

The travelling exhibition ‘170 years of the Hungarian Defence Forces’ opened its doors on the 22nd October in the Lobby of the new NATO Headquarters, inaugurated in 2018.

In the new NATO centre, Hungary had the opportunity, as the first nation that the Mod Institute and Museum of Military History and the HDF Office of the Military Representative could jointly organise an exhibition representing our nation. The Head of the HDF Office of the Military Representative, Dr. Zoltán Orosz held the welcome speech, and the Deputy of the Ambassador H.E. Mr. Zoltán Nagy, Mr. Gábor Marosfi, the First Counsellor festively opened the exhibition.

The exhibition was open until 7th November, and the Hungarian delegation received a large number of positive feedbacks. The exhibition was viewed by about 6-7000 visitors of more than thirty nations.
