Medal Parade at NATO HQ Sarajevo
Szöveg: Maj. Péter Fazekas | 2012. november 9. 8:37Brig.-Gen. Walter T. Lord, the commander of the NATO HQ Sarajevo presented three Hungarian soldiers with the NATO Non-Article 5 (Balkan Operations) medals and certificates of merit for their work.
At the ceremony held on November 2 – in recognition of their work done for the success of the mission –, Brig.-Gen. Walter T. Lord decorated Maj. Róbert Gubisi, the senior officer who directly supports the chief of staff’s work, WO1 Zoltán Inoka, the NCO subordinate to the chief of staff and Maj. István Orovecz, the senior officer of the NATO Advisory Team responsible for human resource management. The commander of the NATO HQ Sarajevo praised the performance of Hungarian soldiers working at the HQ and their work for the community.
At the event, Col. (Eng.) Ferenc Kovács, the Chief of Staff of the NATO HQ Sarajevo presented certificates of merit to Maj. Róbert Gubisi and WO1 Zoltán Inoka for their dedicated work.
Col. Kovács is soon going to complete his tour of duty in Bosnia-Herzegovina. He will hand over the chief of staff position of the NATO HQ to his successor in a ceremony to be held on November 21.
