Under the 2011 Vienna Document on Confidence and Security-Building Measures (CSBM), a three-strong Russian inspection team arrived in Tata garrison to conduct an evaluation visit on 13 February. The team was escorted by the designated personnel of the MoD Defence Policy Department Arms Control Division. Following their arrival, the inspectors were received by Brig.-Gen. Gábor Horváth, Commander, HDF 25th Klapka György Infantry Brigade.

The evaluation visit started with the commander’s update, and then the inspectors observed the Motor Transport of the barracks, where, during a static display, they were introduced to the main items of military equipment in service that fall under the provisions of the Vienna Document. In the afternoon, they visited the training facilities (training areas and ranges) belonging to the barracks. In what followed, they concluded the inspection by summarizing their experience and the evaluation visit ended with the farewell of the team.
