Courtesy Call to the Minister of Defence
Szöveg: Ministry of Defence | 2016. július 14. 13:01On Wednesday, 13 July Minister of Defence Dr. István Simicskó received, on a courtesy call, United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Sheik Abdullah bin Zajed Al Nahjan in Budapest.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates paid a visit to Hungary at the invitation of Péter Szíjjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. During the courtesy call, Minister of Defence Dr. István Simicskó held discussion with the foreign minister on Hungary’s military role in Iraq, the possibility of creating stability and peace in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf, and the emerging challenges to security.
The minister of defence stated that, as a responsible member of the international community, Hungary is committed to stabilizing crisis regions around the world.
