Effective Cooperation
Szöveg: MH PRT-13 | 2012. október 11. 14:27On October 4 Col. Antal Sipos, the commander of the 13th rotation of the HDF Provincial Reconstruction Team (HUN PRT-13) received Gen. J. W. Bullard, Deputy Commander, International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Regional Command North (RC N) and his entourage in Camp Pannonia, Afghanistan.
This was not the first time that Gen. J. W. Bullard had been to the camp, as he had already represented the Regional Command North at the handover-takeover ceremony of the Hungarian contingent on September 25.
During their visit which took up a couple of hours, the commander of the HUN PRT-13 informed the guests in detail about the security situation, the ongoing activities and the current state of the development and reconstruction projects. At the meeting, they discussed the most important issues and the upcoming tasks for the near future.
Besides the PRT-13 commander, Gen. J. W. Bullard met with Ambassador Dr. József Nyerki. After the discussions they conducted a joint negotiation with Provincial Governor Mohammad Sultan Ebadi, who had been appointed on September 25. At the meeting, which took place in the office of the local political leader, after a mutual introduction they reviewed the current state of the province and dealt with issues related to local security and governance as well as development.
At the end of his visit, Gen. J. W. Bullard said he was satisfied with what he experienced, adding that he was convinced that the HUN PRT continues to cooperate effectively in the reconstruction and development of the province.
