International Defence Film Festival – IDFF – 2013
Szöveg: honvedelem.hu | 2013. november 5. 14:31This year it is the 23rd time the International Defence Film Festival (IDFF), the meeting of filmmakers in uniform is arranged, which will take place in Mid-November, in Italy, in the historical town of Bracciano, near Rome.
Filmmakers of sixteen countries’ armed forces from four continents entered the film competition with about 50 productions. Our country is represented by the Military Film Studio of the MoD Zrínyi Nonprofit Ltd. at the Festival.
The original idea of the Festival was developed in 1989 by the Italian cultural association “Eserciti e Popoli" (Armies and People), which aimed at analysing and spreading styles, techniques and methods in filming. The event is organised under the auspices of the President of the Italian Republic, and the productions will be evaluated by an international jury. The presentations, with free admission, will be staged at the Historical Archives of the Bracciano City Hall.
