Joint Integrated Capacity Building and Training Plan signed
Szöveg: honvedelem.hu / euforbih.org | 2017. december 20. 5:00On 14 December 2017 EUFOR Chief of Staff Brigadier General József Szpisják and the Deputy Chief of Joint Operations of the Armed Forces of BiH (AFBiH), Major General Mirko Tepšić, signed the Joint Integrated Capacity Building and Training (CB&T) Plan 2018. This was to confirm the planned CB&T activities EUFOR will provide to the AFBiH throughout the next year. EUFOR has in the past enabled a significant range of capability-enhancing training events.
For the first time EUFOR will provide more mentoring and monitoring events than actual training activities in 2018, which is a clear indication that the AFBiH are progressing well in establishing a self-sustaining training system. The EUFOR teams for these events will be provided by Albania, Austria, Turkey, Poland, Slovenia and Switzerland. However, combined training together with EUFOR’s Multinational Battalion will remain a priority in order to enable the AFBiH declared units to meet criteria for NATO evaluation.
