Minister of Defence Receives Israeli Ambassador
Szöveg: Ministry of Defence | 2017. július 18. 12:40Minister of Defence Dr. István Simicskó recently received, on an office call, Israeli Ambassador Yosef Amrani, who is making arrangements for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Hungary on 18-19 July.
At the meeting, the two delegations agreed on the importance of strengthening military-to-military relations, and seeking opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in the field of defence industry as well, which is considered a priority.
During the discussions, the partners reviewed the situation in the Middle East, and the current issues in security policy, with special emphasis on illegal migration and terrorism.
At the meeting, Israeli Ambassador Yosef Amrani told his host that the premier’s visit next week is primarily aimed at strengthening bilateral relations in every possible field, and extending them to the Israel-V4 relations.
