On the first day of the exercise, the Hungarian peacekeepers were tasked with executing a company-level long-distance march in a vehicle convoy on public roads from Sarajevo to Banja Luka. After their arrival, the Hungarians contacted the EUFOR Regional Coordination Center (RCC) North in Banja Luka, then they were lodged in a Bosnian barracks. On the second day, the Hungarian company was ordered to return to Sarajevo on the same route.

The objective of the exercise was to enable the EUFOR troops to heighten the sense of security among the local population by presence patrolling. The Hungarian company executed a seven-hour march on both days, during which the march column consisting of 20 vehicles covered a distance of more than 500 kilometers. The vehicles were moving in close formation on mountain roads without accidents, breakdowns or any other events.

MNBN Commander Lt.-Col. Thomas Hozbauer inspected the driving exercise from the air aboard a helicopter, together with Lt.-Col. Tamás Papp, the commander of the Hungarian contingent.

Having returned to Camp Butmir, the MNBN Commander assessed the exercise as successful, and congratulated the Hungarian troops on the effective execution.
