Signals Training for Peacekeepers in Lebanon
Szöveg: Capt. Sándor Kisgyörgy | 2016. február 23. 9:00The Hungarian soldiers serving with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) attended a signals training session, which was held on 15 February.
The Hungarian peacekeepers serving on the staff of the UNIFIL Headquarters (Naqoura) were introduced to manual and vehicle-installed CIS equipment in service with the UNIFIL mission. The training was organized by the UNIFIL CIS cell.
The experts started the training session with theoretical instruction on the rules of radiotelephony communications and an overview of the specifications of the CIS equipment in service. In the practical part of the training, the Hungarian peacekeepers practiced the use of the devices with the help of their instructors.
