The Last Week in Germany
Szöveg: honvedelem.hu | 2017. február 26. 9:06This week the Hungarian officer cadets and NCO candidates will return to Hungary from an international exercise at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) in Germany.
Altogether one hundred Hungarian NCO candidates and officer cadets had opportunity to travel to the training base in Hohenfels, where they gain useful knowledge that they will be able to utilize later in their service and task execution. This includes, among others, patrolling, the rules of engagement, stabilization operations and counter-improvised explosive devices (C-IED) procedures.
The Hungarian Defence Forces Cadet Contingent consists of the soldiers of the HDF Ludovika Battalion and the HDF NCO Academy, who are carrying out their tasks in a multinational environment and a simulated crisis situation.
The exercise involves 48 NCO candidates – among them three servicewomen – from the HDF NCO Academy Kinizsi Pál NCO Training Branch. All of them are first-year students who, after returning home, will continue their studies in the Szentendre barracks.
