„Memento mori” – dédapáink háborúja

Az olasz-szlovén határ mentén, egészen az Adriai tenger partjáig táblák jelzik: „SACRA ZONA”, azaz szent területre érkezett az utazó. Az első világháború éveiben az Isonzó mentén és a Doberdo fennsíkon olasz és osztrák-magyar katonák várták lövészárkaikban a támadást jelző sípszót. Számos katonadal siratja el a csatákban elesett magyar katonákat, akiknek az emlékét több temető és immár kápolna is őrzi. Stábunk a hadisírok gondozásában élen járó cseh, lengyel, szlovák és magyar hadisírgondozókat kísérte el az emlékhelyeket bemutató szakmai túrára.

A Katonai Nemzetbiztonsági Szolgálat megalakításával Magyarország nemzetbiztonsági közössége egyértelműen erősödött. A katonai hírszerző és elhárító tevékenységek egységes vezetésével hatékonyabbá válik az ország és azon belül a Magyar Honvédség, illetve a külföldi katonai missziókban szolgáló katonáink nemzetbiztonsági védelme – hangsúlyozta Orbán Viktor miniszterelnök a Katonai Nemzetbiztonsági Szolgálat (KNBSZ) ünnepi állománygyűlésén május 11-én, pénteken.

Appearances Are Sometimes Deceptive

That is true indeed. The reason why the warship crews are shooting on land is not that they don’t have ships. And the reason why soldiers are pushing the aircraft on the tarmac of the citadel of the Hungarian Air Force is not that it does not want to start. Eufória után – újabb háborúk!

2011. július 9-én megalakult a Dél-Szudáni Köztársaság, az ENSZ 193. tagállamaként. Nem ment gyorsan a függetlenség elnyerése, hiszen az ‘50-es évektől küzdöttek a déliek a Szudántól történő hivatalos, elismert elszakadásért. Megnyerték!

Konvoj elleni támadást hárítottak el a helikopterek

Az Afganisztánba készülő MH Mi–35 Légi kiképzés-támogató csoport (Air Mentor Team) és az MH Mi–17 Légi kiképzés-tanácsadó csoport (Air Advisory Team) soron következő váltásainak tagjai a misszió előtti felkészítésüket záró gyakorlaton egy feltételezett konvoj elleni támadást hárítottak el a napokban a hajmáskéri lőtéren. A levegő-föld éleslövészettel egybekötött gyakorlatot megtekintette Hende Csaba honvédelmi miniszter is.

Then and Now

On April 12 and 13 the soldiers and heroes, the Hungarian troops of World War II were commemorated at ceremonies held in Szombathely and Voronezh Oblast, Russia. The magazine „Crosshair” by the Military Film Studio covers these events as well as Exercise Lion Effort 2012 in Sweden. After the modern combat aircraft our viewers can see the pictures of the ancestors in the Szolnok Aviation Museum.
