NATO CREVAL – 39th Battalion Continues Training

The infantry battle group (IBG) of the HDF 5th ‘Bocskai István’ Infantry Brigade 39th Infantry Battalion has been training for the NATO CREVAL process which is due in May this year. They received classroom instruction for a week, and then moved to the military training area of the “Vay Ádám” Training Base, Hajdúhadház to put into practice what they had learnt.

Hungarian Soldiers’ Success in the Bosnian Mountains

This year the 6th International Mountain Running Race was held in the famous Visočica-mountain near Visoko, Bosnia-Herzegovina with the participation of soldiers of eight nations. In late July, CPL Éva Csáki Bálintné, a servicewoman of the HDF 5th “Bocskai István” Infantry Brigade entered the competition as a member of the Hungarian national team.
