”1989 – The Year of Change” was the title of the international conference held by the International Centre for Democratic Transition on March 5 in the Italian Institute of Culture, commemorating the changes of political system taking place 20 years ago in Central and Eastern European countries. The speakers of the conference were politicians, diplomats and historians, who have participated in the events personally.
