Dancon March in Kosovo with Hungarian Soldiers

On March 16 in the early morning hours, the participants of the Dancon March in Camp Novo Selo, Kosovo encountered a biting wind and snowfall. The weather did not favor those seven Hungarian soldiers from the eighth rotation of the HDF KFOR contingent who entered the march to test their willpower and endurance.

KFOR-8 – Silver Saber

Eighth KFOR Rotation Starts Service

“Today I take over the unit colors and promise that we will protect the recognition and good reputation of the Hungarian Defence Forces among all nations!” – Lt.-Col. Ferenc Bátor said at the handover-takeover ceremony of the HDF KFOR Contingent in Pristina, the capital of Kosovo on February 24.
