The delegation was received by Col. Antal Sipos, the commander of the 13th rotation of the HDF Provincial Reconstruction Team (HUN PRT-13) and Lt.-Col. Hajrudin Djerekarac, the senior national representative of the Montenegrin personnel.

Col. Sipos informed the delegation about the PRT’s work and the security situation in Baghlan Province. In his report, he praised the outstanding and effective work of the Montenegrin troops, which they have been doing for three years by high professional standards years after year. The goals of the visit paid by the delegation were to have an insight into the service of the soldiers who are currently performing their duties in the mission, and to carry on the traditional school support program. The HUN PRT CIMIC working group provided great assistance with the preparations.

In the afternoon, 25 children from the local HAWA nursery school – which is presently operating under the worst conditions –, visited Camp Pannonia in the company of three attendants, the representative of the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission from Kabul and a member of the local media. Lt.-Gen. Samardzic Dragan and Col. Antal Sipos also attended the event. The children greeted the leaders with a short program, who returned the gesture by giving the kids cake, soft drinks and toys. The boys and girls were happy to receive the donations collected by the Dutch DORCAS AID in Hungary (soft toys, crayons, markers, sanitary kits as well as gift packs for the adults).
