The soldiers serving with the maneuver company of the HDFD EUFOR Contingent in Bosnia-Herzegovina are well aware of this saying too. They recently conducted a Full Operational Capability (FOC) exercise.

The FOC exercise presented a challenge to the company as a subunit and to each of its soldiers, regardless of their ranks and positions. This time again, however, their high professional standards and camaraderie overcame all obstacles.
The soldiers of the company had to meet multiple challenges at the garrison of Camp Capitanie Carreau in Rajlovac. On the first day they secured a helipad, so that an “injured" soldier can be properly HELEVACed. On the second day, they were tasked with manning checkpoints and evacuating VIPs. On the closing day of the exercise, they executed Crowd Riot Control (CRC) tasks.
EUFOR Chief of Staff Brig.-Gen. József Szpisják inspeced the exercise and spoke with satisfaction about the Hungarian soldiers’ excellent attitude. In his assessment, Lt.-Col. Alfred Steingress, the Austrian commander of the EUFOR Multinational Battalion pointed out that the Hungarian company is ready to execute its tasks in the area of operations.
