Regarding the meeting, Colonel László Garas highlighted that establishing contact with other members of HIKOM and further cooperation is a priority for the Hungarian NFIU in shaping the interaction between the NATO organization and the host nation. Participation in this event was the first step in this regard, but the relationship between the different ministries playing a role in the system of the host nation support must and can still be drawn tighter in the future.

The participating specialists also clarified and discussed actual tasks in connection with the NATO Crisis Response Manual and forthcoming NATO exercises.
