On Monday, 29 January, having visited the 17th rotation of the Hungarian Defence Forces KFOR contingent, the members of a Hungarian military delegation heading for Pristina Airport provided assistance on the scene a serious road accident involving a dozen of cars.

The professional delegation visited the area of operations in Kosovo to inspect and assess the medical status and infrastructure of a new ROLE-1 mobile tent complex, and was caught in a traffic jam while heading for the airport. The cause of the traffic jam was a serious accident that happened not much earlier on that stretch of the road.

In keeping with their oath, the three doctors in the four-member delegation immediately started treating the injured of the accident, while the soldiers of the Hungarian contingent helped the Swiss military policemen on the scene with movement control activities.
