ISAF RC-N Commander Expresses Satisfaction with HUN PRT

Maj.-Gen. Eric Pfeffer, the commander of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Regional Command North (RC-N) recently paid a short visit to Camp Pannonia.

Col. Antal Sipos, the commander of the 13th rotation of the Hungarian Provincial Reconstruction Team (HUN PRT-13) reported to the guest on the capability and task system of the PRT which is currently deployed on a mission in Baghlan Province. The general informed himself about the current security situation, the ongoing activities and the development and reconstruction projects.

At the meeting, the two partners discussed the issues related to the upcoming tasks in the near future. The main goals of Eric Pfeffer’s visit were to personally meet the soldiers serving with the HUN PRT, to get to know the main concept of the future tasks of the PRT and the works done in preparation so far.
