Polish Command Sergeant Majors Give Presentations at HDF NCO Academy
Szöveg: Józsefné István Rédei | 2015. február 28. 10:35Between February 22–26, CWO Krzysztow Podkulinski, senior enlisted leader of the Polish land forces and CWO Marek Kajko, Commandant of the Polish Land Forces NCO Academy paid a visit to Hungary at he invitation of CSM István Kriston, Command Sergeant Major of the Hungarian Defence Forces. The guests visited the HDF NCO Academy in Szentendre on February 23.
At the start of their daily program, the high-ranking NCOs made an office call to the commandant of the unit, Brig.-Gen. Tibor Bozó. In what followed, the guests listened to presentations from CSM István Kriston, CSM Tibor Négyesi and CSM Lajos Soós.
The Polish command sergeant majors gave presentations to an audience of 60 command senior enlisted leaders, who are participating in the training and serve mainly with sub-units and battalions. These presentations introduced the current state of the Polish NCO Corps and NCO Academy.
The guests talked about the implemented changes and developments, and also about the challenges ahead.
The day ended with a professional exchange of experience, which involved training and education experts.
