Swiss Course for Senior NCOs

Dr. Péter Vekszler, Senior National Representative | 2013. február 24. 10:22Developing communication skills for multinational environments – this was the objective of a course which was recently held in Switzerland. Three senior NCOs from the Allied Joint Force Command Naples (JFC Naples) participated in the course.
Warrant Officer Csabáné Simon, a Hungarian NCO serving in Naples also attended the two-
week Non-Commissioned Officer Advanced Leadership Course.
The course is fully accredited by NATO and gives senior NCOs an in-depth idea about
leadership and provides them with the necessary tools for their daily work in a multinational
environment. During this course, members further developed appropriate leadership skills to
support and advise their commander.
