The Donation Goes On
Szöveg: HUN PRT-13 Public Affairs NCO | 2013. január 19. 6:10The commander of the 13th rotation of the HDF Provincial Reconstruction Team (HUN PRT- 13) handed over computers, printers and generators among other things to the commander of a corps of the Afghan National Army (ANA) on January 13.
Together with the representatives of the Military Advisory Team (former OMLT) deployed
at Khilagay base, Col. Antal Sipos, the commander of the HUN PRT-13 handed over CIMIC
material to Col. Janulah Allah Safi, the commander of the ANA KANDAK 3rd battalion 2nd
brigade, 209th corps.
Beyond handing over the materials which are necessary for the development of training
activities – such as computers, printers, classroom chairs, desks and blackboards –, another
goal of the PRT and the MAT was to donate refrigerators, generators, 60 wood-burning stoves
as well as volleyballs and footballs, which go a long way towards modernizing the life of the
battalion and making it easier.
