Visit to EUFOR Op Althea by Op Cdr General Sir Adrian Bradshaw KCB OBE
Szöveg: honvedelem.hu / euforbih.org | 2017. február 28. 9:00On 21-22 Feb 17 the Operational Commander of EUFOR Operation Althea, General Sir Adrian Bradshaw, visited EUFOR HQ, Camp Butmir. He was met by COMEUFOR, Major General Friedrich Schrötter, and formally greeted by the mission’s Branch Chiefs and an Honour Guard consisting of Austrian and Turkish soldiers from the Multinational Battalion (MNBN).
General Bradshaw meets key EUFOR personnel
The main reason for the visit was a meeting between General Bradshaw, COMEUFOR and key personnel from the EU Command Element and the EU Staff Group.
General Bradshaw was appointed Operational Commander in March 2014, when he took the post of Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe (DSACEUR); according to the Berlin Plus Agreement, the person performing this key command function also commands EUFOR Operation Althea.
