Facts and Figures on the Hungarian Defence Forces – 2011

Hungary was the country holding the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European the Union in the first half of 2011. We took this opportunity to introduce ourselves to the peoples of Union, and in the present booklet are pleased to summarize the structure and activity of the Hungarian Defence Forces (HDF), including their organization and units as well as their international roles, equipment, personnel, budget and procurement.
