The handover-takeover process between the seventh and the eighth rotations of the HDF National Support Element – Afghanistan (NSE-A) was successfully carried out during the period determined by the Commander. The Commanders of the two rotations signed the official TOA documents on December 2, and the national flag hoisting and lowering ceremony took place also then.
