NATO-medals Awarded to Hungarian Soldiers in Kabul
Szöveg: Major László Novák | 2013. december 15. 7:17The mission of the seventh rotation of the HDF ISAF CSS Logistic Mentor Team (HLMT- 7) soon ends in Afghanistan. The NATO Medal Award Ceremony has been arranged in the recent past at the GAFTAG (German Armed Forces Technical Advisory Group) consisting of Hungarian, French and German soldiers deployed to Camp Qasaba, in Kabul, Afghanistan.
The Hungarian soldiers ending their missions received NATO-medals
The event was graced by the presence of the Ambassador of Hungary to Afghanistan Mr. Antal
Drágos, who together with the Commander of GAFTAG Colonel Georg V. Harling pinned the
military decorations on the uniform of the Hungarian soldiers. The GAFTAG Commander also
presented gifts of appreciation to several members of the Hungarian contingent.
Colonel Mohammed Salim, the Commander of the ANA Combat Service Support School and the mentored Unit
thanked for the work exerted by the Contingent’s members by awarding certificates of appreciation.
