Republic Day in Italy
Szöveg: Dr. P. V. | 2013. június 6. 18:00On June 2 the birth of the Italian Republic was commemorated for the 67th time around Italy. After the fall of Fascism, on June 2, 1946 Italian citizens held a referendum and voted for the new form of state, the republic to replace the monarchy.
This time again, the traditional military parade was held again in Rome, where in addition to the Italian armed forces, the participants also included the representatives from allied countries.
Hungary was represented by Lt.-Col. (MD) Dr. Péter Vekszler, WO Csabáné Simon and WO Richárd Gácsi. They are all posted permanently to serve at the Joint Force Command Naples (JFCNP).
