Respect at Memorial Centre Srebrenica

Major General (MG) Dieter HEIDECKER visited the Memorial Centre Srebrenica- Potocari at 1030 this morning (04 January 2013) where he laid a wreath in tribute to the victims of Srebrenica and also to all victims of armed conflict throughout the world.
Upon laying of the wreath, which was simply inscribed “In deepest respect", a minute of silence and reflection was observed.
