Megmérkőztek egymással a legjobb lövészek

Az idén 9. alkalommal rendezték meg az MH Simontornyai Lőtérbázisán az 54. Veszprém Légtérellenőrző ezred szervezésében a Magyar Honvédség lőbajnokságát. A szabályzókban kiírt versenyszámokban 25 csapat küzdött a bajnoki címekért.

Rendőr áll a légi határon

Eddig Kelebiáról kellett durván kétszáz kilométert autózni a rendőröknek – korábban határőröknek – azok miatt, akik a kecskeméti reptéren érkeztek meg vagy távoztak hazánkból. Most már megoldják az útlevélvizsgálatot a megyeszékhelyi rendőrök.

Legyen szó bármilyen versenyről, igyekeznek elérni a legjobb eredményt. Május 6-án ezt ismét bizonyítottak, hiszen a Zrínyi Miklós Laktanya három katonája első helyezést ért el az MH. Összhaderőnemi Parancsnokság, Honvéd Szondi György Sportegyesület által szervezett „Amatőr Speciális Öttusa Csapatbajnokság”-on.

The ‘Real’ Centre of the Country Although the Hazardous Material Supply Centre of the Hungarian Defence Forces (MH VEK) ‘hides’ relatively far, some 5-6 kilometres from inhabitated settlements, for the employees the spectacular surroundings of the barracks are a compensation. Maps simply call this area covered with oaks and beech trees the Pusztavacs forest, where even the air ‘tastes’ better.

Magyar hivatásos katonák az olimpák történetében

Egy olyan kiállítás nyílt meg Veszprémben, mely egyszerre állít emléket azoknak a hivatásos katonáknak, akik az újkori olimpiák történetében magyar színekben aranyérmet szereztek. A kiállítást Győr Béla alezredes és Klész László nyugállományú ezredes Magyar hivatásos katonák az újkori olimpiai játékokon című könyve alapján és a HM Hadtörténeti Intézet és Múzeum által rendelkezésükre bocsátott négyrészes Olimpiai bajnok katonák tablósorozat felhasználásával állították össze a rendezők.

As we have reported earlier, all four young volunteers will have the opportunity to accompany Minister of Defence Dr. Imre Szekeres to his visit to Afghanistan, due in the near future. The two ladies and the two young men learned in Radio Sláger’s morning entertainment show titled ‘Boomerang’ that all of them are on the passenger list of the airplane to take off for the Asian country, and they have shared their joy with honvedelem.hu.
