Intelligence Chief Visits Bocskai Brigade
Szöveg: Andrea Tóth-Takács | 2016. március 29. 5:29Col. Laura A. Potter, Military Intelligence Chief, US Army Europe (USAREUR G2) recently paid a visit to the HDF 5th “Bocskai István” Infantry Brigade in Debrecen.
The colonel was received in the barracks by Brig.-Gen. Attila Takács, the commander of the unit. The delegation attended a number of presentations, including those on the intelligence/surveillance/reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities of the brigade and the 24th “Bornemissza Gergely" Reconnaissance Battalion. At the meeting, the two sides discussed the possibilities of future cooperation as well.
On the second day of her visit, Col. Potter was given a taste of the army scouts’ physical fitness level. The senior intelligence officer participated in a joint morning PT exercise, a 6-kilometre run and a subsequent workout. After the morning training session, she held an informal conversation with the soldiers of the battalion and the students of the “Kratochvil Károly" Military Secondary School and Dormitory.
