Preparing for an Exercise in the Czech Republic

The soldiers of the HDF 12th Arrabona Surface-to-Air Missile Regiment (Győr) are preparing for the multinational SAM tactical and live fire exercise Tobruq Legacy 2017. At present they are getting ready for the exercise in the Hungarian Defence Forces’ Újmajor training area, where the personnel have executed a complex combat mission. The exercise will take place between 10–23 July in the Hradiste Military Training Area of the Czech Republic, and will feature 500 troops from six nations – the Czech Republic, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Slovakia and the United States of America.
