Karácsonyi könyvvásárt rendez a Zrínyi Média Kft. december 22-ig a főváros három pontján. A Zrínyi Miklós Nemzetvédelmi Egyetemen, a Stefánia Kulturális Központban, és a Honvédelmi Minisztérium Balaton utcai objektumában sosem látott áron, ötven százalékos árengedménnyel vásárolhatók meg a Zrínyi könyvei. Igazi karácsonyi ajándék ez a Zrínyi Médiától!

New Year – New Capability

The National Assembly Defence and Law Enforcement Committee held an extramural session at the Püspökszilágy shooting range of the HDF Support Brigade where the first batch of trained personnel in the volunteer reserve system held a demonstration. The December 13 event was hosted by MoD Parliamentary State Secretary Dr. István Simicskó.

Kövér László, a Magyar Országgyűlés elnöke gyermekkora mondaélményeiről is beszélt a Zrínyi Média Kft. munkatársainak Attila hun király – Etele – bronz lovas szobrának avatóünnepségén Budapesten, a Magyar Művészetért Szoborkertjében. Györfi Sándor gyönyörű alkotásánál – amellyel Attila királynak és a hun népnek is emléket kívánt állítani – dr. Hende Csaba honvédelmi miniszter mondott szoboravató beszédet.

MoD Officeholders Are Sworn In

On December 10 the officeholders of the Ministry of Defence took their oath in front of the Sacred Crown in the Cupola Hall of Parliament building. Defence Minister Dr. Csaba Hende attended the swearing-in ceremony and delivered a speech on the occasion.

Unveiling Ceremony of Etele–King Attila’s Statue

Chairman of the National Assembly László Kövér, Defence Minister Dr. Csaba Hende as well as several generals, colonels, mayors, artists, patrons, the representatives of the Hungarian minorities abroad and the employees of the Zrínyi Média attended a ceremony held in the Statue Park of Hungarian Art in Budapest on December 10 where the bronze equestrian statue of King Attila the Hun – Etele – was unveiled.

Preparing for the 2011 EU Presidency

„Your Professionalism was the Real Wonder”

A commendation ceremony for the HDF troops and civil servants participating in the relief and rescue operations in the wake of the red sludge disaster was held in the barracks of the HDF 12th Arrabona SAM Wing in Győr on December 3. Defence Minister Dr. Csaba Hende also attended the event at which the personnel of the Wing paraded to pay tribute to St. Barbara, the patron saint of the artillery corps.

The Hungarian Defence Forces Have Proven Themselves Again

On December 2 a total of 200 soldiers were awarded the newly founded “For Disaster Relief” Service Medal in the Stefánia Cultural Centre, Budapest in recognition of the outstanding professional performance they had delivered during the disaster relief and consequence management works following the red sludge disaster. As many as 2,300 troops and 350 items of military equipment were involved in the rescue operation launched in the wake of the red sludge spill in October.
