The events included combat vehicle pushing on an upward slope, log lifting, plank exercise, burpee, rope-climbing, squatting with tires and a lot of other testing tasks. The aim of the competition was to bring the four-man teams of competitors to the limits of their endurance under a dynamic load, in the same way as it may happen in other fields of military life.

To achieve good results, the teams as a whole needed to give an even and good performance. Out of the 12 entrant teams, three were Hungarian ones. At this competition, the Hungarians passed the exam of determination with flying colors, and their strength and performance were also appreciated by their Portuguese comrades, who, using their earlier acquired skills in task execution, were able to beat the Hungarians by a very narrow margin.
