Rotations in Afghanistan

László Oláh | 2018. június 11. 20:18The handover of service and professional assignments of the contingents and the soldiers in individual positions participating in NATO Resolute Support operations took place in May. In addition to this, the inventory of the complete logistic supplies of the HDF National Support Element – Afghanistan (HDF NSE – Afghanistan), and the transfer of the tasks according to functions has also been carried out.
The Commander’s responsibilities of the 16th Rotation of the HDF National Support Element (HUN NSE-16) have been transferred by Lt.-Col. János Domine to Lt.-Col. László Oláh, the Commander of the 17th Rotation. Col. Zoltán Rumi, the Commander of the NATO Resolute Support Train Advise Assist Command – North (TAAC – North) and also the National Senior Representative (NSR) of the Hungarian troops serving in Afghanistan, thanked and praised the personnel serving in the formations and in the individual positions for their work during the staff meeting held in Camp Marmal.
Lt.-Col. János Szabolcs Gacsal, the Commander of the 14th Rotation of the HDF Special Operation Contingent (SOC-14) has been succeeded by Major Kornél Kovács, the Commander of the 7th Rotation of the HDF Force Protection Platoon Lt. Tamás Kapcsándi by Lt. Tibor Szőllősi for the next six-month period.
