The Ambassador of Spain to Budapest was Received by the Minister of Defence

The Spanish Ambassador H.E. Ms. Anunciada Fernández de Córdova paid a courtesy introductory visit to the Minister of Defence Dr. Tibor Benkő on Tuesday, 16th October.

In the meeting the Minister noted that despite the differences in geo-political priorities of Hungary and Spain, both the level and the quality of our bilateral military-to-military relations meet our interests and expectations.

Spain is of utmost importance for our homeland as a NATO- and as an EU Ally, and we would like to continue the predictable and reliable relationship between the two countries in the future, and promoting the co-operation is our vital goal – the Minister added.
